Chatgenie is an integration system that brokers between two (or more) systems. This means that Chatgenie itself does not store any data, it passed the information from your Connectwise instance to your Slack workspace. Chatgenie stores Unique Identifiers so that we can push information back. 

For example, once Connectwise sends a ticket to Chatgenie, we send it to Slack, then in Slack you may assign the ticket. 

In order for us to know what Ticket has been assigned we keep a relationship between a Slack MessageID and your TicketID. Apart from primary keys, we do not store any other information, and most certainly no PII (personally identifiable information) - You can read more about our approach to Data & Security here:
